The Mishimoto MMRAD-F2D-08V2 Aluminum Performance Radiator for your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke is the solution to fixing your leaky factory radiator. Upgrade your truck with the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke aluminum radiator to put an end to puddles of coolant under your truck. Mishimoto radiators are constructed from high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum with a 100% brazed aluminum core. Our 6.4L radiator features strong TIG-welded aluminum end tanks for superior durability and longevity that will keep your Powerstroke on the road and out of the shop.
The Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 have different mounting designs than their predecessors, with two side mounting pegs which attach the radiator to the upper support. On the factory F-250 radiator, solid side mounting pegs transfer force from the truck directly to the radiator, causing failures. The engineers at Mishimoto designed rubber mounting pegs, specifically for this truck, to reduce the flex force aimed at the radiator end tanks. The Mishimoto performance radiator retains factory fitment for an easy installation process and includes a magnetic drain plug to catch any debris in your cooling system. As with all our products, this radiator is protected by the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
