- (2) 5/8"-18 tapered nuts
- (2) ½"-12 UNC x 3.0" long hex head bolt GR8
- (2) ½"-12 UNC Stover nut
- (4) ½" flat washer GR8
Min/Max lengths measured from center of the lower bolt hole to the flat on the adapter:
