This is our 5" Cold Air Intake system for 07.5-12 Ram Cummins 6.7 this is the biggest system on the market! 

***This system should have custom tuning for MAF sensor calibration. Meaning with efi live or mm3 tuning you will need to have your tuner re-scale the MAF sensor for the 5" tube so that the truck fuels the way it should with the bigger intake.*** If you do not have Custom tuning to be able to re-scale the MAF sensor, than our 4.5" version will be what you need, in fact the 4.5" will run better and make more power than the 5" would on a truck without the custom tuning.

This system uses a huge 5 Inch T6 Aluminum intake tube for ultimate air flow!

Fits stock turbo, or any aftermarket drop in turbo with 4" Inlet.

You will have faster spool up, lower egt's, Noticeable Horsepower gain, some Mpg gain, and a turbo whistle that will make people look when your going through town!

Has a bolt in heat shield that is very well sealed to keep underhood temps away from the Filter, it provides a fresh cold air supply straight to the filter for lower egt's and better performance. It is normal to see 150-250 deg drop in egt's with this system.

  • Do these intake fit into a stock turbo or do you have to have a aftermarket turbo

    This system fits Stock Turbo. If you have aftermarket turbo just let us know so we can send the correct system for aftermarket chargers.

  • Interested in the intake for a 6.7 cummins but my ccv goes to the atmosphere so I won't need that hole on the intake tube I hate just plugging them like my afe is can you guys make it without that hole?

    Yes we can make it without ccv, just add a note at checkout for no ccv. Thanks!

  • Would this kit work on a compound setup on a 08 6.7? Currently have stock turbo but going compound when it quits

    No the compound will be a differnt intake because the s475 will be the feed turbo so intake inlet will be much higher on a compound setup

  • Do you make one that will fit a 2012 with a 2nd gen swap and the manifold mounted up?

    I carry a custom 5" system that Pusher Intakes Makes, It is normally used on a compound setup, but it probley would fit with your manifold upside down also.

  • Are the rubber connections heat resistant? If the are Up to what temp?

    Yes up to 250 deg, We have never had a problem, they will handle the same heat as your intercoolers boots, I know that.

  • Hi there. I currently have the S&B Intake in my 2011 Dodge 6.7L. It's an improvement over stock when it comes to turbo whistle. I'm looking for a bit more, though. How does your intake compare to other aftermarket CAIs with regard to louder turbo whistle?

    Hello, our system will be a big improvement over s&b intake it will give you the whistle your looking for.

  • How do I choose my filter color? How do I know what color filter I'll be getting? About to order a kit.

    Only s&b oiled come in blue or red, s&b dry is white, usa green is green, afe pro dry s is gray, afe pro guard 7 is yellow, k&n is red, volant is blue, amsoil dry is blue. If you add a pre filter then it will be black and you will not see the color of the filter much at all.

  • Is there an option to pick color of the filter?

    You can add a note at checkout for color wanted

  • will it work for a 2013 2500?

    Yes it will, but you may need to delete your active air servo motor if you get a code for active air.

  • My truck is completely stock, will this mess anything up or give me any problems? I'm interested but just want to make sure it won't mess my truck up. Thanks

    No this system will work fine on stock truck, you will not have any problems
