Higher fuel rate OE quality remanufactured injectors! These 155cc nozzle, 50hp injectors are honed out to satisfy the fuel demands of the 475-500hp range. Our 90hp injectors have spill ports blocked and a modified body, allowing even more fuel to be forced out of the 175cc nozzle, providing fuel for the 550hp tier.
$150 Core is required per injector, we will send you a invoice after you order for the core fee.

- 175cc flow rate/30% increase, suitable for 500-550HP with supporting airflow
- Internal injector body modifications to ensure maximum fuel is injected through nozzle
- Replaced rail connections, thru-rod, nuts and belleville washers, o-rings, springs and spool valves
- Control Valve body and spool are precision ground to specific diametrical clearance for sealing and directing oil for injector operation
- All spools are replaced 100% and machined to original specification
- Each injector is 100% flow tested and nitrogen tested for leaks
- Flow volume, leakage rate, max needle lift and valve opening pressure (VOP) are also tested
- All sealing surfaces are refinished and maintain less than 2 microns of flatness
- Precision honed intensifier body is matched with new plungers to operate at extreme pressures and temperatures
- Replaced dampening pins and check plates to prevent cavitation
